Metrocrest Services provides hope and builds pathways to economic mobility for neighbors across the north Dallas area. We operate a whole-household, Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)-aligned model organized around five pillars: Income, Health & Food, Workforce, Education/Training, and Housing. We call the people we serve “Neighbors” because they are members of our community, not cases to be managed, and every team member is expected to bring dignity, curiosity, and a whole-household perspective to their work. The Director of Social & Strategic Impact leads Metrocrest's strategy for helping neighbors achieve lasting economic mobility across the interconnected areas of income, housing, workforce, and education. They guide a team of domain experts, ensuring each program delivers high-quality, neighbor-centered services while working together as one coordinated system rather than isolated programs. By combining strategic leadership, data-informed decision making, strong community partnerships, and a deep understanding of Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), the Director of Social & Strategic Impact will strengthen programs, remove barriers, and create pathways that help neighbors build long-term stability and independence. If you're a collaborative, data-informed leader who enjoys building systems, developing people, and driving organizational impact, this is an opportunity to shape the future of one of North Texas' most innovative nonprofit organizations. This role primarily works 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends based on program needs.
