Requirements

  • 10-15 years in retail (minimum of 7 years in a leadership role)
  • Proven ability to manage both people and processes effectively, particularly in fast-paced, high-traffic, demanding stores.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required for this role
  • Agile Leadership: Aptitude for exceptional planning and adaptability, excel at managing large cross-functional teams in a busy setting.
  • Strong Business and Financial Acumen: Understand the importance of analyzing performance reports, tracking metrics and using data to innovatively enhance processes and procedures.
  • Technologically Advanced: Embrace new technology with confidence and adapt to it effortlessly, showcasing autonomy in managing digital programs and applying skills with expertise. Comfort level allows navigating complex tools and systems seamlessly.
