Lead Statewide TOP, the TOP Team, and facilitate once/ year an Oasis Leadership Team meeting. Create, maintain, and continuously monitor systems and procedures for operation of TOP Statewide. This role involves coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the quality of staff activities related to training, data management, and contracting for providers implementing the TOP model. It also includes direct service functions such as building relationships with key stakeholders, documenting implementation fidelity, providing coaching, and developing supplemental training. Administrative functions include supervising staff, developing and overseeing procedures, managing the contracting process, monitoring visits, overseeing data and documentation, developing training designs, ensuring staff professional development, promoting TOP, and managing the program budget.
