This position supports Baptist University College of Osteopathic Medicine (BUCOM) faculty and students participating in healthcare simulation with the goal of producing competent and holistic physicians. The Director will work with BUCOM faculty to design instructional experiences that support the mission and goals of the College and University. This role manages the BUCOM simulation/standardized patient program, facilities operations, scheduling, and logistics for all learning and assessment events in the simulation and standardized patient center. The position is under the general direction of the Assistant Dean of Administration, Operations, and Services, and is responsible for 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Incumbents are subject to hours beyond the normal workday.
