About The Position
Maple Crest Health Center is seeking a Director of Social Services to provide clinical social work services to residents. This role involves supporting residents and families with emotional and psychosocial needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams, and assisting with care planning and discharge planning processes. The Director will also maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote high-quality, person-centered care.
Requirements
- Licensed Social Worker in the State of Nebraska required
- Master of Social Work (MSW) required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
Nice To Haves
- 3 years of experience providing clinical services in long-term care preferred
- Equivalent experience in medical or mental health settings will be considered
