About The Position

Be the person who makes a difference, one resident at a time. We’re looking for a Director of Social Services who brings compassion, organization, persistence, and a little bit of sunshine to the lives of our residents and their families. Every day brings a new conversation, a new challenge, and another opportunity to make someone’s day a little easier. Whether you’re helping a resident navigate a difficult decision, connecting a family with resources, arranging an important appointment, supporting someone through grief, or simply being there to listen—you’re helping make sure our residents feel seen, heard, respected, and supported.
