About The Position

The Director of Sited Association Management will supervise all on-site staff, including Community Managers, and align the team with the company's mission and values. This role is responsible for client retention and satisfaction, ensuring the effectiveness of lifestyle programming, and overseeing staff planning, decision-making, facilitation, and process improvement. The Director will provide regular performance feedback, develop subordinates' skills, encourage growth, delegate work assignments, grant authority for independent work, set expectations, and monitor delegated activities. Additionally, the role involves advising team members and clients on financial strategies and decisions, reviewing and assessing clients' assets, liabilities, and overall financial conditions, and effectively managing teams. The Director will also assist the Board of Directors with action items and to-do lists, attend and conduct Board of Director meetings as necessary, and provide quality control supervision over all manager activities.
