As our organization continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced leader to oversee our Program Coordinators and ensure the highest quality of services across the agency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of leadership or management experience in the developmental disabilities field.
  • Strong knowledge of DODD regulations, Medicaid waiver services, and person-centered planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable.
  • Valid Ohio driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel regularly between service locations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supervising managers or program leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for all service operations while ensuring exceptional, person-centered supports are delivered throughout the organization.
  • Supervise Program Coordinators, promote accountability, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with leadership to drive operational excellence and organizational growth.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop Program Coordinators.
  • Oversee service delivery to ensure quality supports and positive outcomes for individuals served.
  • Ensure compliance with DODD, Medicaid, OhioRISE, county board, and agency requirements.
  • Review incidents, investigations, trends, and corrective action plans to promote quality improvement.
  • Monitor implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and ensure services are delivered as authorized.
  • Audit documentation, billing, and service records for compliance and accuracy.
  • Partner with Human Resources on employee performance, coaching, hiring, and disciplinary matters.
  • Support onboarding, training, and professional development for Program Coordinators.
  • Build strong relationships with individuals served, families, SSAs, county boards, and community partners.
  • Assist with agency growth initiatives, operational planning, and strategic projects.
  • Participate as a member of the leadership team and help develop organizational goals and best practices.
  • Assist with leadership on-call responsibilities as needed.
