This position works directly with district leaders to partner with school leaders to support the implementation of school improvement priorities. The role ensures alignment between identified needs, instructional practices, and student outcomes. It involves supporting principals and school leadership teams in developing, implementing, and monitoring Comprehensive School Improvement Plans (CSIPs) and Title I Federal budgets. The Director provides high-level support to Title I and federally identified schools, collaborates across divisions to strengthen job-embedded support, and designs instructional walkthrough processes. The role also involves analyzing data to identify trends, facilitate continuous improvement cycles, and leverage external consultants. Additionally, the Director serves as a liaison between schools and district departments, ensuring clear communication and resource alignment, and supports stakeholder communication and preparation for monitoring and reviews.
