Senior Divisional Scheduling Manager (Construction)
About The Position
B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Director of Scheduling to oversee company-wide scheduling efforts, improve schedule coordination and efficiency across all jobsites, communicate schedule risks to leadership, and safeguard the company against schedule-related profit losses and claims. We are looking for exceptional leaders with a background in construction scheduling and a passion for mentoring talent to help us drive customer satisfaction, company profit, and personal job mastery. We are looking for the best candidate for our leadership team and are offering a competitive annual salary of $150,000 - $170,000+ (depending on experience and qualifications). This position may be based out of either our Vernal or North Salt Lake, UT office, depending on the selected candidate's location. This position also includes an extensive compensation package including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, and paid time off.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a construction scheduler using Oracle Primavera software (P6 or Primavera Cloud) required
- Proven experience leading direct reports and teams required
- Self-driven professional who pays attention to detail
- Highly organized, thorough, and can lead with minimal supervision
- Proactive, positive, and professional attitude
- Able to mentor a team while maintaining high integrity
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety

Nice To Haves
- Scheduling leadership roles preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field preferred
- Experience facilitating pull planning or scrum sessions, or experience with the Last Planner System, takt plans, or linear schedules preferred
- Expert user of Primavera Cloud or P6, with experience creating corporate- and project-level schedule reports
- Knowledge of Domo, Asana, and Google Workspace preferred
