Requirements

  • Proven expertise in operational excellence with the ability to evaluate and improve organizational functions and compliance.
  • Strong vendor management skills, including contract administration, supplier performance monitoring, and partnership development.
  • Demonstrated business acumen to translate complex requirements into actionable strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Advanced technical acumen to troubleshoot, maintain, and support facility equipment and systems effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and present data-driven insights.
  • Experience in budgeting, procurement, and crisis management within maintenance operations.
  • Ability to lead change initiatives and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 4 years’ experience in maintenance, operations or related field OR 6 years’ experience in maintenance, operations, or related field.
