About The Position

We are seeking a Director of Sales to oversee the Sales Process, Units, and Gross Profit across 25 dealerships nationwide, representing three dealer groups: MOD Enterprises, PVM Enterprises, and Rockstar Powersports. These dealerships include 21 Harley-Davidson, 3 powersports, and 1 marine location, operating coast to coast with a unified standard. The dealer groups are actively expanding, with MOD Enterprises recently acquiring Ironclad Harley-Davidson and transforming it into a top 10 dealer in its first year. This role is critical for driving sales performance and implementing a consistent sales process across all rooftops.

Requirements

10+ years of dealership sales leadership experience.
General Manager (GM) or General Sales Manager (GSM) background required.
Two or more documented store turnarounds.
Ability to bring performance numbers (units, margin, PUS, closing percentages) to the interview.
Ability to run sales meetings, work the desk, and close deals.
Willingness to be on the road 18-22 nights a month.
Motorcycle endorsement required within 90 days.

Nice To Haves

Multi-rooftop experience preferred.
Existing motorcycle riding experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the number: Units, Front End Margin and Backend PUS across all 25 stores.
Own the sales floor process end to end, ensuring a consistent Step 1 through Step 9 process in every store.
Own the internet sales process from inbound lead to shown appointment.
Own training and the development of the manager bench, from Fit Specialists through GSMs.
Tier every store monthly and focus on underperforming stores, visiting weakest stores every 30 days.
