About The Position

Staybridge Suites Montgomery Downtown is seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Sales to seek out and secure opportunities for revenue growth for our 115-room extended stay hotel. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business while also nurturing existing client relationships. Responsibilities

Participate in various sales efforts, including reactive sales, proactive account sales, segment sales, local and social catering sales, business travel sales, reservation sales, and destination sales.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve individual booking goals and support market sales participation and performance.
Stay informed about market and economic trends, adapt sales strategies to meet customer expectations, generate increased revenue, and maintain a competitive position in the market for the property.
Establish and communicate sales strategies, ensuring they are implemented and updated based on evolving market conditions.
