The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market presence. This leadership role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
