Wieland is hiring a Director of Sales for GX, North America. The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading and executing the commercial strategy for Wieland’s GXNA Continuous Cast business, with a primary focus on achieving budgeted sales volumes and margins. This role drives day-to-day sales execution, develops and strengthens key customer relationships, and leads critical commercial initiatives that support profitable growth. The Director of Sales owns business unit level sales planning, market intelligence, and forecasting activities, translating strategic objectives into actionable sales plans. Working closely with operations, finance, and senior leadership, the Director ensures alignment between customer demand, pricing strategy, and operational capabilities to deliver sustainable commercial performance. This role is located in Wakeman, OH and will be a fully on-site position that will require approximately 40% travel.
