The Director of Sales is responsible for supervising the Client Navigators (Non-Attorney Salespeople) and Client Needs Specialists (Intake Specialists), conducting vision meetings with prospective new clients, tracking and reporting sales metrics, and continuously improving the firm's sales strategies and client experience. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, sales expertise, and the ability to lead by example while supporting the overall vision and mission of Jarvis Law Office, PC.
