Requirements

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of the yachting and boating industry.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other software tools.
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Engage prospective clients through events, digital channels, and referrals working alongside our Florida East Team.
Lead the Sales & Brokerage Administrator Program & Team
Onboard new Sales Directors, Brokers & Support Staff
Develop and manage Data Entry Specialist & Support Interns
Salesforce/Account Engagement/Maps/Windfall training program- ongoing
Monitor Marketing and Sales KPIs
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences in the luxury yacht segment.
Point person to Salesforce and Salesforce Consultants
CRM Management (Salesforce, Pardot and Maps) to generate, distribute, and report on leads
Improve and develop current lead generation campaigns; strategize for future campaigns.
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, owners, and representatives.
Uphold brand standards in all client interactions, communications, and events.
Communicate with Hinckley Yacht locations and internal teams to streamline sales processes.
