About The Position

AllCare.ai is the operating system for senior assisted living. Our platform combines AI-driven clinical concierge, in-facility providers, and 24/7 medical support to transform care inside the building. Our flagship program has cut ER transfers by 32%, falls by 40%, and behavioral incidents by 45%. We serve 140+ communities and 2,000+ residents today and are scaling toward 1,000+ communities. We are in active Series A fundraising. The Director of Sales owns a defined regional territory end-to-end. You will prospect, close, onboard, grow, and retain every account in your territory. This is full-lifecycle ownership — there is no handoff to a separate Customer Success function. You are the relationship for the life of the account. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. The seniority of the title reflects the size of the territory, the complexity of the deals, and the autonomy of the role — not headcount managed. You report directly to the CEO.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B healthcare sales experience — senior living, hospice, home health, post-acute, or healthcare technology.
  • Active working relationships with 20+ administrators or owners of senior living facilities in [Territory].
  • Demonstrated personal quota carry of $1M+ ACV in at least two recent roles, with consistent attainment.
  • Full-cycle selling experience — prospecting through close, not handoff-dependent.
  • Current residence in [Territory], or written commitment to relocate before start date.
  • Comfort selling to a multi-stakeholder buyer (Executive Director, Owner, DON, CFO) and willingness to spend time inside the building.

Responsibilities

  • A defined geographic territory of assisted living and residential care communities.
  • The full sales lifecycle: prospecting, discovery, pitching, contracting, onboarding, expansion, retention.
  • A book of up to 15 active accounts in lifecycle at any time.
  • The relationship with every administrator, owner, and clinical leader in your territory.
  • Your number, your forecast, and your earnings.
