Director of Sales responsibilities include formulating overall strategy and managing sales of the business unit. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Director of Sales or similar executive role
- Experience in planning.
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day sales
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Evaluate and improve sales and financial performance
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
