The Director of Sales – Convenience Channel is a sales leadership role accountable for driving revenue growth and profitability across North America in the fast-moving convenience sector. This position owns strategic relationships with national convenience store chains, wholesalers, and distributors while leading day- to-day execution in a lean, high-impact environment. The ideal candidate shall have experience in the fresh produce industry, preferably with fresh cut fruit. The Director owns and grows relationships with national convenience retailers and wholesalers (e.g., Core-Mark, McLane), ensuring strong collaboration, new distribution gains, and promotional success. The role is high-impact, requiring strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. The candidate must be able to respond appropriately to customer issues and requests while successfully navigating the daily activities and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
