About The Role: As the Director of Sales Operations at Feastables, you will help build the systems, processes, and operating rhythms that power our next stage of growth. This role serves as a critical connector across Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance, ensuring teams are aligned around customer plans, forecasting, inventory readiness, and commercial performance. You will own the commercial planning process, sales operations infrastructure, customer planning capabilities, and performance management systems that enable scalable and profitable growth. From annual planning and forecasting to retailer enablement and broker performance management, you will help create the foundation that allows our teams to move quickly, make informed decisions, and execute with excellence. The ideal candidate brings deep CPG commercial operations experience, strong analytical skills, and a passion for building scalable processes in fast-moving environments.
