The Work The Director of Sales Operations role sits within the GTM Operations function, supporting Sales and Channel teams that serve public safety and first-responder agencies. This is a senior, hands-on position responsible for owning the full analytics and forecasting engine that drives revenue predictability — spanning pipeline management, quota modeling, and territory planning. The role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and Data Services, and requires deep expertise in Salesforce, BI tools, and statistical modeling, along with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for leadership. Beyond analytics, the position leads process optimization, compensation design, and sales enablement, making it a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution.
