This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially focused operations specialist who thrives on building scalable systems, improving sales performance and enabling international growth. Working across multiple brands and global markets, you will play a critical role in shaping the commercial operating framework that supports sustainable revenue expansion. You will sit at the centre of collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product teams, ensuring pipeline generation, CRM governance, pricing strategy and forecasting processes are aligned and delivering measurable impact. You will take ownership of strengthening the commercial engine that drives inbound demand, pipeline velocity and global sales execution. This includes leading campaign-driven pipeline initiatives, implementing best-practice CRM processes, maintaining pricing discipline and delivering clear performance insight to senior leadership. You will partner closely with regional commercial leaders to standardise processes, improve lead conversion performance and create consistency across international markets.
