Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership or sales operations experience.
  • Experience leading Sales Operations, Analytics, or Business Operations teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and sales technologies.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence leaders across multiple departments.
  • Experience leading organizational change and process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team supporting a national sales organization.
  • Partner with the Vice President and Senior Vice President of Sales to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements that increase productivity, efficiency, and revenue.
  • Build reporting, dashboards, and analytics that support executive decision-making.
  • Champion Salesforce optimization and the implementation of new technologies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations to align organizational goals.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, compensation administration, and incentive programs.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop future Sales Operations leaders.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and implement solutions that deliver measurable business results.
  • Foster strong relationships across the organization while promoting collaboration and accountability.
