As our Director of Marketing & Sales, you'll take the lead in driving occupancy growth, expanding referral networks, and helping families confidently choose a community they'll be proud to call home. Requirements

• 3+ years of proven sales success, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or relationship-based sales
• A confident closer who can guide families through thoughtful, high-value decisions
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and energized by achieving goals
• Skilled at building trust, creating connections, and generating referrals

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field preferred
• Leadership or management experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy growth while maximizing revenue opportunities
• Manage the entire sales journey, from lead generation and prospecting to tours, follow-up, and move-in
• Create memorable, personalized experiences that convert prospects into residents
• Respond to inquiries with urgency and professionalism. Speed-to-lead matters.
• Develop and strengthen referral partnerships through networking, outreach, and community engagement
• Maintain accurate CRM data, reporting, and pipeline management
• Partner with leadership to create and execute strategic 30-60-90-day sales and marketing plans
