We’re seeking a high-impact Director of Sales to lead, structure, and accelerate growth across our energy, petroleum testing and measurement services, including hydrocarbon analysis, fuels and lubricants testing, flow assurance, and custody transfer measurement. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building and scaling a high-performing sales team, and expanding SPL’s presence across oil & gas markets. You will lead and develop the team, own go-to-market execution, and play a critical role in shaping our commercial strategy, market positioning, and long-term growth. You will operate at both a strategic and execution level to identify high-value opportunities, strengthen key client relationships, and build the structure, discipline, and accountability needed to win in a highly technical, performance-driven industry.
