This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic recruiting and business development initiatives, maintaining continuous outreach, partnering with leadership on growth objectives, and supporting a consistent, value‑aligned sales culture across the organization. The Director ensures effective coordination, communication, and alignment between sales operations and executive priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
