The Director of Sales & Marketing is a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented leader responsible for driving revenue growth, market share, and brand positioning for Château Élan Winery & Resort and Hampton Inn Braselton. This dual-property leadership role oversees all sales, catering, conference services, marketing, and revenue-driving initiatives while ensuring alignment with each property’s unique brand identity, positioning, and business objectives. The DOSM will lead all commercial strategy efforts focused on maximizing total hotel profitability through strategic business development, revenue optimization, and market leadership. This role is accountable for achieving and exceeding goals related to rooms, catering, banquet, and all resort ancillary revenue streams, while ensuring strong market penetration and long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a proven hospitality sales leader with luxury resort and group experience who can balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, team development, and aggressive revenue generation.
