The Director of Sales & Marketing is a strategic and results-driven leader responsible for driving revenue growth, brand positioning, and market share across Château Élan Winery & Resort and the Hampton Inn Braselton. This dual-property leadership role oversees all sales, marketing, and revenue-generating activities, ensuring alignment with each property's unique brand identity while maximizing overall performance. The DOSM is responsible for total room, banquet, catering, and room rental revenue, including yield strategies and execution. This role is accountable for achieving market performance targets and meeting or exceeding budget, forecast, and optimal business mix goals. Strategic oversight includes market segmentation, pricing, business status, and direct sales efforts. This individual will lead the development and solicitation of business across all market segments to ensure the necessary volume of advance bookings that support a successful and profitable operation for both properties. Through a combination of strategic planning, proactive sales leadership, and data-driven decision-making, the DOSM will position both properties for sustained growth and competitive success.
