This is a DoD SkillBridge Internship opportunity for active-duty U.S. Military Members who qualify for the program. As a Director of Sales and Marketing SkillBridge Intern at Juniper Communities, you will gain hands-on leadership experience managing community outreach, occupancy strategy, and lead generation in a senior living environment. You’ll help develop and implement marketing initiatives, build and maintain referral networks, and guide prospective residents and their families through the decision-making journey—all while coordinating internal team efforts to drive community occupancy. This internship blends strategic planning, performance management, and relationship-building across digital and in-person channels. You’ll also gain exposure to market analysis, branding, and the operational alignment of sales goals with broader organizational strategy.
