We can show you how. POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Risk and Asset Management is responsible for the Health and Safety, Risk Management, Loss Prevention and Security functions of the organization. This position is responsible for the overall planning, directing, and compliance of policies, procedures, and systems used to identify, assess, and manage or mitigate operational or enterprise risk factors that could impact the reputation, safety, security, or financial success of the organization. Key responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date regulatory knowledge, evaluating current and proposed operational systems, determining risk exposure or potential liability, and managing emergency protocols. The Director of Risk and Asset Management leads the organization in providing for a safe and healthy work environment for team members, program participants, customers, and volunteers while ensuring physical security, and protection of facilities and assets.
