About The Position

Jazz is seeking a Director of RevOps to own the infrastructure behind Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role is crucial for managing forecasting, pipeline, CRM, reporting, and deal operations. The successful candidate will work directly with the COO and GTM leadership to leverage data for decision-making and ensure tight execution across the business. This is an opportunity to build the RevOps function from the ground up at a fast-growing company that is redefining the security category.

Requirements

  • AI fluency is a must - ability to use AI tools to increase speed, improve reports, and surface insights.
  • 4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience: ability to build reports, fix hygiene issues, and optimize workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Comfortable with BI tools and automation platforms.
  • Startup experience: proven ability to build processes from scratch.
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to write concise executive summaries and present effectively.
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics, revenue models, and GTM strategy.
  • Fluent English - written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with customer contracts, commercial operations, and pricing workflows is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales reporting end-to-end.
  • Track conversion metrics and KPIs across the funnel and surface insights on what's working, what's not, and why.
  • Build and continuously improve scalable processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and drive adoption across the organization.
  • Own Salesforce, including data integrity, hygiene, automations, and workflow efficiency.
  • Manage the GTM tech stack and ensure clean data flow across all systems and teams.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership and the board.
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives that drive decisions.
  • Oversee quoting, pricing workflows, approvals, and contract coordination with legal and finance.
  • Ensure all deals are progressing and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Partner with the COO, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and CS on strategic operational initiatives, planning cycles, and company-wide execution reviews.
