The Director of Revenue is responsible for providing comprehensive revenue insight, forecasting, and decision support across Kestra Direct, Private Wealth (including Arden Trust), and Kestra Insurance. This role partners closely with executive leadership, Finance, and business heads to drive visibility into revenue performance, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic decision-making through rigorous analysis and financial modeling. This role serves as the central owner of revenue analytics, planning, and modeling—ensuring leadership has accurate, actionable insights across multiple products, entities, and distribution models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
  • 7+ years’ experience building financial models to support C-level decision making.
  • Deep understanding of revenue models within wealth management, independent advisor platforms, trust services, and insurance businesses
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Comfort level working with extremely large data sets.
  • Proficiency in corporate finance conceptual frameworks (IRR, operating leverage, etc...).
  • Solid understanding of financial accounting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own consolidated revenue reporting across Kestra Direct, Private Wealth (including Arden Trust), and Kestra Insurance and act as a strategic finance partner to business leaders
  • Compile, analyze, and present monthly and quarterly revenue performance, trends, and drivers to executive leadership
  • Develop dashboards and reporting packages focused on key metrics such as AUM-based fees, commissions, trust revenue, insurance revenue, advisor productivity, and net flows
  • Partner with FP&A and Accounting to ensure consistency between revenue reporting, forecasts, and financial statements
  • Lead revenue forecasting processes, including annual planning, rolling forecasts, and long-range projections
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate growth initiatives, pricing changes, compensation structures, and new product or advisor programs
  • Support scenario planning and executive decision-making related to M&A, organic growth strategies, and platform investments
  • Help prepare all external reporting (Lender, Rating Agency, Equity investors etc)
