About The Position

Your Next Opportunity: Strategy & Planning Partner with CMO/CRO leadership to develop and execute revenue strategy. Collaborate with finance, sales and marketing for forecasting. Pipeline management, territory planning, and GTM performance insights. Drive annual planning processes (e.g., capacity models, headcount planning, quota setting). Process Optimization Identify, design, and implement scalable processes across sales, marketing, and CS. Continuously improve lead routing, handoff processes, and customer journey workflows. Own operational alignment between Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and CS Ops. Enablement Systems & Tools Own the GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, Maxio) Lead CRM governance, optimization, and automation strategy. Evaluate, implement, and manage tools to improve productivity and visibility. Manage salesforce administrator. Analytics & Reporting Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports (pipeline, funnel, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.). Develop executive-level reporting on KPIs and business performance. Improve data hygiene, segmentation, and attribution modeling. Team Leadership Build and manage a high-performing RevOps team across SalesOps, MarketingOps, and CSOps. Foster a data-driven, collaborative, and continuous-improvement culture. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and IT.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy roles.
  • 3–5+ years in leadership or director-level RevOps positions at tech/SaaS companies.
  • Proven success in scaling operations in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and other GTM systems
  • Strong analytical mindset; fluent in data visualization and Excel.
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional leader.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and operational rigor.
  • Ability to lead, motivate team with deliverable results.
