We're hiring a Director of Revenue Growth Management to build out Confido's RGM capabilities from the ground up — turning deep category and pricing expertise into product that helps CPG brands make better pricing, mix, and trade decisions. This is a build-focused role for someone who's lived inside syndicated data, price/pack architecture, and trade optimization and wants to translate that expertise directly into software. You'll work across Implementation, Customer Success, and Product to shape what "great RGM" looks like on the Confido platform. You will report directly to the Head of Business Operations.
