The Director of Retail Banking oversees the administration and efficiency of all retail functions in accordance with bank objectives including operations, customer service, security, and safety. This role fosters a high-performing team and customer experience while promoting a sales & service culture through coaching, guidance, and motivation. The Director is responsible for building and strengthening customer relationships to achieve sales goals, referrals and account retention. Additionally, the Director of Retail Banking leads the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing management of retail banking products, services, and technologies to support organizational growth and improve customer experience. This includes developing and maintaining operational procedures, collaborating with internal departments, and managing relationships with third-party vendors to ensure successful execution of retail initiatives. The Director ensures compliance with Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations. This position oversees risk management, operational controls, security protocols, and regulatory compliance efforts while supporting the Bank's commitment to serving customers, developing employees, and achieving long-term success.
