The Director of Restaurants - Social Dining is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the venue, ensuring it runs according to established policies and procedures while managing costs effectively and efficiently within the budget. This role involves developing and implementing innovative business strategies to maximize revenue, decrease expenses, and increase staff productivity. The Director will prepare and present daily reports, manage administrative duties, and create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction. They will also be responsible for the research, development, and implementation of new ideas to keep the venue competitive and relevant, conduct menu engineering and sales analysis, and collaborate with Executive Chefs on new food items. The role requires correcting deviations from service procedures, conducting daily briefings, and establishing positive relationships with guests to exceed expectations. Additionally, the Director will assist with assigned duties by their direct report.
