As a Director of Restaurants, you will lead the diverse portfolio of food and beverage establishments to new heights of success. This role is for a dynamic and results-driven hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, driving profitability, and creating memorable moments for guests. You will oversee the operations of restaurants, bars, lounges, and other food and beverage outlets, inspiring and motivating the team to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations. With a strategic mindset and business acumen, you will drive revenue growth, implement innovative concepts, and ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum 5 year's experience in food and beverage management
  • Full P&L management experience
  • Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor, management and bottom-line profitability
  • Strong business communication skills
  • Strong associate relation skills
  • Present a professional appearance with a confident attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience with scheduling, payroll and labor management
  • Experience with ALOHA POS or MICROS POS system
  • Available to work both AM and PM Shifts
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees

Nice To Haves

  • Current Serve Safe Certification preferred
  • TIPS or CARE CERTIFICATION preferred
  • CPR Certification preferred
