About The Position
Florence Presbyterian Community has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Residential Services. This influential leader plays a pivotal role in providing clinical excellence, leadership, organization, and the highest quality of service to the residents and family members in our Assisted Living department, while contributing to the continuum of services across the campus.
Requirements
- Licensed as a RN in the State of South Carolina
- CPR Certification
- Valid driver’s license issued by the State of South Carolina
- Three years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong management, leadership, and computer skills
Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing and evaluating programs and activities
- Directing, supervising, and training all Assisted Living employees
- Ensuring staff is properly trained on organizational and Community policies and procedures, applicable laws, standards, guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures that govern residential long-term care, assisted living, and home health care
- Promoting an atmosphere of respect and encouragement for residents and employees
