The Director of Resident Well-Being leads Scion's resident well-being, mental health awareness, student success, and community resilience efforts across the national portfolio. This role develops scalable programs, training, partnerships, resource maps, and response frameworks that equip community teams to recognize concerns, follow established protocols, and connect residents with appropriate university, healthcare, emergency, and community resources. Beyond resident-facing strategy, this role is also a trusted resource for our General Managers, security personnel, and field teams — providing guidance, training, and real-time support when they're navigating resident well-being concerns on the ground. By building strong university and community partnerships and equipping teams with clear protocols, this role helps ensure every resident has a path to the right support, and every team member feels confident responding when it matters most. This role does not provide counseling, diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, crisis counseling, or other clinical services, and does not replace licensed professionals, university support services, healthcare providers, or emergency responders.
