About The Position

Ignite Medical Resort at South Charlotte is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to join their team. This position is open to PT/PTA, OT/COTA, and CCC-SLP professionals. The role involves managing all in-house therapy day-to-day operations and handling a high volume caseload of skilled patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a post-acute setting with complex diagnoses, as well as management and staff development experience, and a dedication to superior service and outcomes.

Requirements

Experience with Rehab Optima (preferred)
Programming with ACP modalities (preferred)
Current PT, PTA, OT, COTA or CCC-SLP License in KS (required)
Experience in a post-acute setting dealing with complex diagnoses
Management and staff development experience
Dedication to superior service and outcomes
Licensed in the state of Texas: PTA, COTA, PT, OT, SLP
