Requirements

• Active PT or OT license (required for clinical oversight duties; preferred overall)
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting
• Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
• Familiarity with Medicare guidelines, productivity targets, and clinical documentation standards
• A desire to lead with heart and inspire excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and assistants
• Oversee daily operations of the rehab department, ensuring top-quality therapy services
• Collaborate with nursing and administrative teams to support positive patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and documentation standards
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, and productivity goals to keep the department thriving
• Champion a culture of compassion, accountability, and continuous improvement
