Director of Rehabilitation Services
About The Position
The Director of Rehabilitation Services oversees all aspects of rehabilitation services at the assigned CareOne center. The role coordinates physical, occupational, and speech therapy services and provides clinical oversight that supports the center’s goals while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and applicable state practice acts. CareOne provides rehabilitation services in-house, with collaboration across nursing and clinical staff and opportunities for career advancement across its multi-state network. The practice setting includes short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited physical, occupational, or speech therapy program.
- Experience managing cost and productivity.
- Knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings.
- Actively licensed in the assigned state or states of employment as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist.
Nice To Haves
- Two to three years minimum of director-level experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
