About The Position

CCL Hospitality Group, a division of Compass Group North America, is seeking a Director of Business Development for all five of its brands: Morrison Living, Unidine, Culinary Services Group, The Hub, Strategic Dining Services, and Coreworks. This role is in a growth industry within Compass, offering a strong future for those interested in a long-term sales career. While not directly managing staff, the Director acts as the "team leader" for new sales opportunities. The position reports to the Vice President of Sales and is responsible for business growth through the procurement of new community living dining and facility service contracts. The ideal candidate will be based in Minnesota. The company offers significant earning potential through base salary and commissions, with the possibility of earning over $200K. Requirements

  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis to cover large geography.
  • Physical and mental ability to work from a home office.
  • Computer literate/proficient including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and CRM.
  • Possess a high degree of personal accountability, discipline and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Business growth through the procurement of new community living dining and a wide array of facility service contracts.

  • Follow specific sales process and required procedures.
  • Travel on a regular basis to cover large geography.
  • Work from a home office.
  • Achieve personal drive to achieve goals, most of which are set by you.
