About The Position

A Director of Recruiting is responsible for recruiting new agent producers and field managers for The Assurance Group (TAG). TAG is a nationally recognized insurance marketing organization founded in 1988 and headquartered in Archdale, North Carolina.   • Adaptability - Able to deal with frequent change, delays, deadlines, or unexpected events.
  • High school diploma or undergraduate degree. Industry experience may be substituted for educational qualification.
  • Three (3) or more years’ experience in insurance marketing and sales and/or training.
  • Possess basic computer navigation skills and knowledge or familiarity of basic computer programs/applications including but not limited to email, word processing, spreadsheet programs, internet, Adobe, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Assist potential producing agents and field sales managers in understanding the opportunity for growth and success available to them if they affiliate with TAG.
  • Understand and become an expert on how TAG operates and be able to navigate within TAG’s systems to support new agents.
  • The ability to be available to, and communicate with, all agents to ensure smooth and efficient on-boarding.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
