About The Position

Accountable is an online peer recovery provider that has supported over 10,000 people through substance use recovery since 2020. Available in all 50 states and in-network with national health plans, Accountable was founded by individuals in recovery. The program centers on the relationship between each client and their peer coach, who has lived recovery experience. This relationship is augmented by verified at-home toxicology (Bluetooth breathalyzers and guided saliva tests) for documented progress, care coordination with treatment programs and referring clinicians, and family support. Accountable serves individuals at various stages of recovery, including those stepping down from treatment, those using it alongside clinical programs, and those seeking structure to build a different relationship with substances. A HIPAA-compliant platform provides a portal for referring programs and clinicians, offering real-time recovery dashboards with toxicology results and engagement data.
