About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Director of Radiation Services to lead radiation oncology and diagnostic imaging operations for a growing, multi-site oncology practice. This senior leadership role blends clinical expertise, operational oversight, and strategic planning to ensure exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, and strong financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Radiation Therapy Technology
- ARRT Certification (required)
- 7+ years of radiation oncology experience
- 2+ years as an actively practicing Radiation Therapist or Dosimetrist
- 5+ years in a leadership or management role
Nice To Haves
- Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) preferred
- State radiation therapy licensure preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee radiation oncology and imaging services across multiple practice locations
- Partner with executive leadership, physicians, and clinical teams to drive operational excellence
- Ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and accreditation standards
- Manage staffing, budgets, and departmental performance
- Support quality assurance, safety programs, and the adoption of new technologies
- Recruit, develop, and mentor radiation therapy and imaging staff
Benefits
