About The Position

A healthcare facility near Powell, Wyoming, is seeking a Director of Quality to join their team! The Director of Quality will lead hospital-wide Quality Management, Performance Improvement, Patient Safety, and Risk Management initiatives. They will oversee regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and corrective action planning to ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal requirements. This role involves partnering with executive leadership, medical staff, and department leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable solutions. The Director of Quality will also oversee Compliance Program activities, including investigations, audits, policy development, employee education, and ongoing regulatory monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
• Minimum of 5 years of professional healthcare experience in an acute care setting
• Experience in Quality Management, Performance Improvement, Risk Management, or Compliance
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, CMS requirements, regulatory surveys, patient safety, and quality improvement practices

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred
• Previous healthcare leadership or Quality/Compliance Director experience preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and policy-development skills
