About Your Role You are a collaborative advocate for teachers and students, skillfully balancing multiple needs and competing priorities with grace and agility. You possess exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills, with a proven ability to manage complex program operations including scheduling, staffing, and enrollment. You demonstrate a positive, joyful leadership approach, remaining flexible and supportive to your team as program needs and school priorities shift. You have experience working with external partners and vendors to deliver high-quality programming while ensuring financial sustainability and profitability. You exhibit a growth-oriented mindset, utilizing data-driven approaches to constantly enhance and diversify the impact of Essentials, Electives, and Auxiliary programs. You are a skilled communicator who builds strong, lasting relationships with faculty, current families, alumni, and the surrounding community. You are deeply aligned with Aspen Academy’s mission to develop durable life skills, academic prowess, and an entrepreneurial spirit in every student.
