About The Position

We are a dynamic, dedicated team that provides management and support for a global guarding services account that spans across 30+ countries. Our client is an industry-leading datacenter organization, and we pride ourselves on delivering best-in-class solutions through our teams made up of Security Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Human Resources, Environmental Health and Safety, and other enabling functions. As part of this team, you will be part of our leadership team and work alongside professionals committed to excellence, accountability, innovation, and operational discipline. The Director of Program Management is a senior program leadership role responsible for building the operating system that moves complex work across the Datacenter Physical Security program with clarity, pace, and discipline. This role leads the global Project Management, Technical Communications, Business Analytics, and Logsitics teams that support our datacenter security program. You are responsible for the program management framework, governance cadence, and change management process used to plan, execute, communicate, and sustain major initiatives across the account. This leader will bring structure to ambiguity, translate strategy into executable plans, and ensure the right decisions, messages, milestones, risks, and actions land with the right audiences at the right time. The role requires someone who can work comfortably with senior business leaders, technical teams, embedded pillar project managers, vendors, client stakeholders, and field operations while maintaining a high bar for execution quality, stakeholder alignment, and communication discipline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in global, matrixed organizations.
  • 3+ years at the director level.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading programs that involve multiple senior stakeholder groups, competing regional needs, and high standards for executive communication.
  • Global, multi-region operations experience is required.
  • Exceptional in stakeholder management, organizational communication, and decision orchestration.
  • Experience building governance models, leading through influence, and driving alignment across functions that do not report to them directly.
  • Executive presence, strong written and verbal communication, commercial judgment, and the ability to simplify complexity in stakeholder communications.
  • Experience working in high-scale enterprise environments is required.
  • Prior people leadership experience is required, including coaching managers and building high-performing teams.
  • Domestic and international travel (approximately 30% of the time) is required.

  • Reliable means of transportation (public or private) to get to/from work.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English proficiently.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in datacenters is preferred.
  • Experience supporting datacenter, critical infrastructure, security, operations, or similarly complex service environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of complex global programs that require exceptional stakeholder alignment, disciplined execution, and executive-caliber communication.
  • Establish the governance, decision forums, and communication architecture that keep work moving across regions and functions without confusion or duplication.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders, business partners, operational teams, and client stakeholders to translate priority initiatives into executable plans with clear ownership, dependencies, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead the various teams, creating a high-performance culture defined by accountability, sound judgment, and strong follow-through.
  • Shape how major initiatives are communicated upward, downward, and across the organization ensuring messaging is crisp, credible, and audience-specific.
  • Identify execution risk early, resolve cross-functional friction, and bring order to fast-changing priorities without losing momentum.
  • Raise the maturity of the program management function itself by standardizing operating mechanisms, strengthening reporting, improving executive review materials, and embedding better planning, escalation, and decision-making practices across the business.
